1

Register your interest

Tell us who you are and what you're looking for.

A short intake covering your country, your city interest, and your residency status lets us route you to the right country guide and flag anything that affects your eligibility before you go further, such as the Holy Cities' Muslim-buyer condition.

2

Get your Unified ID

Issued through your country's Saudi embassy or consulate.

Before any serious property search, international investors need a Unified ID, the credential that lets REGA's systems verify you as a foreign investor.

  1. Locate your nearest Saudi embassy or consulate.
  2. Prepare passport, proof of funds, and Premium Residency documents if held.
  3. Submit and track your application.
  4. Receive your Unified ID confirmation.
2

Get Premium Residency

An optional accelerator, not a requirement.

Premium Residency isn't required to own property, but holders typically move through registration and banking with fewer additional approvals than non-resident buyers. Confirm current terms with MISA before applying.

3

Discover properties

Vetted developers and projects across four cities.

Browse designated zones in Riyadh and Jeddah, or the more conditional Holy Cities framework in Makkah and Madinah. Every developer featured is reviewed for registration status, project licensing, and delivery track record. Sponsored placements are always labeled.

4

Buy your property

Assemble your team, then transact on the official platform.

Legal counsel reviews title and contract; tax advisory coordinates cross-border obligations; banking partners handle non-resident-eligible financing. Once your team is in place, the purchase itself is completed on the official Saudi Properties registration platform. PropertyArabia doesn't process the transaction, but makes sure you arrive at it informed.
